Pather’s Return Policy

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products, Pather does not offer returns unless the Customer can provide written details explaining extenuating circumstances, and returns are completely discretionary, determined solely by Pather. 

The Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs associated with returning the product to Pather’s head office location. 

Damaged Goods and Replacements

In the event that any of the products shipped to the Client are damaged or not in proper working condition, please contact Pather here and Pather will, at our own cost, ship out replacement parts or replacement items. When contacting Pather in regards to a product issue, please include pictures of the damaged product. Without pictures, the Pather team will not be able to facilitate the return due to fraud concerns.
